83xx & 9000 Love!

I’m excited to announce that our support for 83xx and 9000 series devices will be returning in the very near future! What does this mean for you as a Bold 9000 or 83xx user? More awesomeness coming your way shortly.

I just realized that our last 83xx theme was released in late 2009 (holy crap!) so it’s about time we bring the love back lol.

We’ll be rebuilding some of our existing themes to support some older devices and OS versions as compatibility allows us.

We’re also prepping for the Pearl 3G 9100…any of you out there? Make yourself known!

  1. It’s right on time let’s rock on QVGA screen!

  2. BTW Mr. B, could you guys export the latest dream theme to the 83xx and 88xx series? I don’t want to miss this great theme on my old 8310 Curve? Thanks.

    sent via blackberry 8310.

  3. PS, if it’s possible, while re-compose themes for OS 4.5 devices in today plus mode, please do use the 3 row icon layout instead of the default 4 rows settings. Those tiny 48×36 icons are killing my eyes on 83xx’s small 2.41 inch screen, especially when it comes to 320×240 QVGA resolution.

  4. Oh Mr.B you guys do realize that due to the limitations/bugs of Plazmic Theme Builder/Blackberry Theme Studio or whatever we call it for OS 4.5 theming, devices have conflicts with transparent side menus don’t you? Some of your previous paid themes as well as free Eveek themes used transparent png files as menus which resulted in glitches while using Opera Mini 4.2, Bolt browser just to name a few, by saying that I mean those themes’ user experiences weren’t that great as their concept art or screenshots shown on your website.

So please stop using transparent menus for those coming new themes from elecite. I’d greatly appreciate that since I don’t want to miss any new theme coming in.

  5. Infinity,Glare,blue7 for 9000 4.6 would be amazing!

  6. What about some love for the 85xx!?!?!? :(

  7. stop being lazy and make each theme for every device where possible!

    it isnt that hard!
