One of our most exciting projects, (code named Fernando) that’s been in development here in rainy Seattle for far too long, is finally making its way through. Our first app will be called SLYNC and will support devices running OS 4.6 and above.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Project Fernando, checkout my earlier post here.
We can’t reveal too much goodness just yet but we’re definitely hoping to introduce a new innovation to the BlackBerry platform.
The application will be closed to the public at first and only a hand full of names will be invited to participate in our private beta program. We’ll be looking for a few hundred folks interested in trying out SLYNC and sending in feedback. If you’re interested, stick around and we’ll throw out some inside info soon.
Excited yet?!

omggg i cant wait i wanna test it outt !!
Well sirs, I think it should be quite obvious that I am very interested. Got my start beta testing and I continue to stay true to this part of Product development. Thank you guys.
You guys are hands down the best theme maker for the blackberry. I’m sure your apps will be just as good. Cannot wait! I see you and RIM/Blackberry doing alot of deals in the future!
Bravo! I eagerly look forward to trying this.
Supa excited! YAY! Got me talking like Missy Elliot circa 1999, that pretty excited, no? Should I maybe hold it back a little? …………………………nah! TOO EXCITED!
Well…let’s make sure it complies with RIM’s soon to be “Super Apps” also I love Poynt for Blackberry. That is in my opinion one of the best apps out there because of its UI interface and integration with GPS and Weather. The Best apps do all that and more! So…can’t wait to see what you guys have in store, I know it will be great and don’t forget me during beta test time
Oh yeah, I’m interested; who wouldn’t be? Bring it!
This sounds exciting. I would love to beta test this
hey I would love to try it out! As I live in Shanghai and can probably give you an idea of how the Chinese audience will like it or not…
sounds good to me. Sign me up!
We will soon open our beta program sign up page so you’ll be able to join in from there, guys.
Hi I was brought here from my search about BlackBerry mobile phone deals and was trying to leave a comment on your last post but it keeps saying I can’t and wont let me leave a comment. I hope you get this one and I’ll return in a few days to try again. Thanks and all the best. Jaime.
Curious if you were in beta testing? If so I would really like too.
